Payment policy
We accept a range of payment methods including cash and credit or debit card. After each visit, patients will be asked to pay for the treatment carried out to date. More extensive treatments will require a deposit.
Missed appointment and late cancellations policy
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time or date, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled at short notice will be charged at £1/minute of the appointment length.
Finance plans
Finance plans are offered for treatments over £1000 at 0% interest (over 6, 10 or 12 months).*subject to credit checks, using Tabeo finance.

We are closed from the 24th December 1pm until the 2nd January 2026.
Emergencies - If you are a registered patient/Denplan registered patient with our practice and have an emergency that cannot wait until we re-open, please call 02086567627 and you will be directed appropriately. Alternatively, please call NHS 111 who will direct you to an emergency dental clinic.
